RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Merilce Ltd offers a 'No Quibble 14 Day Guarantee' on all purchases.

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING ANY GOODS.

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. Merilce Ltd does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. If you are not happy with your unworn purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an immediate replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will only refund items if they are returned with their full ratio pack. If an item is missing from the ratio pack, we will not issue a refund unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.

We will, at our discretion, charge a 10% restocking fee for items returned unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. Regular customers with whom we have a good working relationship will not be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Pack your parcel securely making sure you include a copy of your original shipping note. Failure to provide a copy may result in credits being delayed. Please mark your box clearly with the address listed below:

Merilce Ltd is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of any claim, it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. We advise that you ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.

For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email or by post. For any replacement, we will process your request within 48 hours, however, please allow 7 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redelivery. If you return an item and request an alternative item at a higher price, we will charge the difference in price. Any refunds or difference in price will be credited to the original payment card.

Our 'No quibble 14-day guarantee' applies to all products with the exception of products that have been worn and underwear, which is non-returnable unless faulty. Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, and other hygiene products cannot be returned. Your statutory rights are not affected. Merilce Ltd doesn't have a returns courier service, therefore all parcels must be returned. Your postage will only be refunded if the items are faulty, incorrect, or an unsuitable alternative.

Where an order is cancelled by a customer before shipment but after it has been processed by us (Confirmed, Complete), we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Regular customers with whom we have a good working relationship will not be charged a 10% restocking fee.
